This item was apparently kept in storage for decades. I don't know how to tell if it's used, but it certainly doesn't have much evidence of road wear. There's some reddish grease at the flywheel as I'd assume is expected with any automotive mechanical engineered equipment. I do not know if this unit needs any additional parts/complete - you folks take a look at the photos, what you see is what it is. The SN-60 serial stamp is quite clear.
