Pretty sure these are for fishing because the sheath has a place for the knife. They are sure made well but Germany does make some good stuff. It’s in used condition. The sheath has wear and stains. The pliers have some minor wear. It’s used but sure beats the tools made today. Please see photos for condition. Thanks and have a great day
