This was owned by my Grandma, so must date back to the late '50s or '60s.  All I know is she got it in Arizona.  Since I don't know the provenance of this particular piece, I cannot make a claim as to how or who made this.  It appears to be a turquoise stone and sterling silver metal.  It appears to be hand made.
