Listed is a vintage Ludwig Standard silver tone metal clarinet. I am not an expert however, I will describe as best as possible.

The overall condition of the finish is obviously tarnished. In places like the finger keys, the finish is worn through to the raw metal. There are a couple of pads that are loose or have fallen out, and I am sure given the age, there are probably more that may need to be replaced to make it 100% playable. I did not notice any major dents or dings. In fact, the bell outside of some scratches appears to be very straight and dent free. It is missing the lyre for the music sheet. The case is in rough codition but is still intact and latches both close. Handle has you can see has taken a lot of wear.

I believe this instrument could be restored to playable condition, or it would make a great decoration or parts piece.
