  • Beschreibung: Das Kunstwerk umfasst eine Serie von detaillierten, monochromatischen Vignetten auf einem einzigen Blatt. Es zeigt verschiedene Tiere und Menschen in einem eklektischen Arrangement.   • Zustand: Akzeptabler Zustand. Das Blatt ist altersbedingt geringfügig verfärbt und stellenweise deutlich fleckig. Auf dem Blattrand unten dunkelbrauner Fleck sowie blasse Stockflecken. Rechts mittig langer Randeinriss. Unten links kurzer Randeinriss. Links unten Stoßspur mit heller Verfärbung. Die linke obere Blattecke weist leichte Knickspuren auf. Die Blattecken sind minimal bestoßen.

  • Description: The artwork comprises a series of detailed, monochromatic vignettes on a single sheet. It shows various animals and people in an eclectic arrangement. Mammals, birds and reptiles can be seen alongside scenes of human figures involved in historical or everyday activities. These depictions could be interpreted symbolically or allegorically. Their arrangement suggests no direct connection, which allows for multi-layered viewer interactions. All the depictions bear the same initial, illustrated here and printed at the top centre.

  • Condition: Rather good condition. The sheet is slightly discoloured due to its age and clearly stained in places. Dark brown stain and pale foxing in the lower margin of the sheet. Long marginal tear in the centre right. Short marginal tear lower left. Lower left bump mark with light discolouration. The upper left corner of the sheet shows slight creases. The corners of the sheet are minimally bumped.
