The cards were issued in 1963 by the Maple Leaf Chewing Gum Co. of Wesel, Germany. This group of 10 cards features such famous American film stars as Brigette Bardot, Sophia Loren, Tab Hunter, Audrey Hepburn, Rock Hudson, Tony Curtis and Fabian, as well as the German film stars Romy Schneider and the singing duo Conny & Peter Kraus and the British teen idol Tommy Steele.
