This is a really nice purse by ROSETTI.  It is black leather-like with lots of compartments.  It measures about 9 x 9.5.  On the outside back is a zipper pocket and on the front is an outside pocket.  There are 3 major compartments and inside are more pockets and a zippered area. 

LOVE THE 2 OUTSIDE POCKETS on each side, one has zipper.GREAT for PHONE.

It has an adjustable shoulder strap and can be worn as a crossover bag.

LOVE the Silver Chain on strap accent and silver hardware.
