This is a super nice ladies ring, made of solid 14k yellow 51 round brilliant diamonds, set on the front, and down the sides of both sides of the band. The diamonds are very nice, SI or better and definitely I or better in color.
The front of the ring measures 17.5mm in depth, and it weighs 6.4 grams in total weight. The ring is a size 5, and it can be resized a couple sizes at most. If you like diamonds, this shows a front that is encrusted with diamonds. It looks like a lot more diamond weight that it is.
