There are many other copies on eBay, including Viking 1st editions with notably more DJ wear and some Bonanza editions. eBay, most in notably lesser condition,.There are also smaller 2002 reprints with the contents contained in 400 pages. The nicest very good HB 1st, with much more DJ edge wear, is $14.95 + $5.45 shipping. The only copy as nice as mine is $34.00 with free shipping.

My Buy-It-Now price of $24.00 includes shipping bubble-wrapped in a cardboard box via media mail, which takes around 7 days with tracking, less in California.
