With a Gross Vehicle Weight of only 3400 KG, the 709F can be driven without restriction on a standard drivers licence. One of the few coach-built motorhomes in the marketplace that offers all essential creature comforts, yet measures just 5.56m feet in length. The front half dinette provides seating for 4 people, with the help of the swivel driver & passengers seats, and the motorhome also has 4 seatbelts. The dinette can be easily converted into a small double so we are classing this as a 3 berth, however it would sleep two small children comfortably. The kitchen is on the offside opposite to the lounge and is fitted with a 3-way fridge, gas hob and sink with mixer tap and plenty of storage surrounds. The rear of the Motorhome has a fixed bed with an adjacent wet room-style washroom, complete with electric flush toilet, sink and shower. Next to the washroom door we have a tall wardrobe which provides ample hanging space. The Motorhome has had a recent Habitation Check and a Fresh MOT and Service will be completed prior to sale.
