Kept on display in my smoke free home and is in excellent condition.  Please note small blemish (see pic) on side of head.  This is a factory blemish and came to me, brand new, this way.  Other than that, very nice.  All lights work and displays beautifully.

Box is in very good condition with a few creases as shown in pics as well.  Includes original instructions and plastic inserts.
