Classic Vintage Road Bike 3TTT Drop Handle Bars and Forged Stems with 26.0mm or 25.8mm clamp sizes. For the most part Vintage 3ttt used 25.8mm clamp size on there stems so theoretically they would fit 26.0mm bars, 25.8mm bars, and 25.4mm bars. I get it make one universal stem but the Lack of precision irritates me. Still a Very Nice product I would just make sure you have spreaders in your tool box for installing and removing 3TTT stems. Seems 26.0mm was used very early, the 25.8mm covers most of the Vintage Era with 26.0mm gaining and becoming a standard in the late 1990s. Remember theoretically they should all fit each other, as it's a very small size difference. We have listed the stems & handle bars together to make it easier to purchase. It is strongly suggested that you always match your handle bar to your stem with the same manufacturer for optimum performance. Don't Cross the brands, 3ttt does NOT work with Vintage Cinelli that is 26.4mm. All Stems & Handle Bars are Used unless noted NOS.
3ttt Forged Stems: Models include: Record, Criterium, Evol, Mutant, and Olympic. 3ttt Stem Extension is measured in center to center in millimeters and available in 5mm increments. Stems are 22.2mm Diameter unless labeled French for 22mm. The 25.8mm clamp size is suppose to be universal work with 26.0mm bars, 25.8mm bars, and 25.4mm bars. The 26.0mm is more precise an most likely from the late 1990s on. The Hinged Evol and Olympic or 2 bolt Mutant offer the most size range & installation convenience. The Stem is Used or otherwise noted NOS. The Used Stem can show wear & age, have scratches, nicks, corrosion, bolt rust, it's used but still usable. There is a photo set for each Stem for your inspection. NOS is New Old Stock but can show scratches and age from shelf & shop life.
3TTT Drop Bars: Models include Record Superleggero, Competizione, Grand Prix, and Prima 220. It seems 3ttt bars are officially measured in outside to outside in centimeters. I will give the center to center measurement in centimeters also (C2C). Early Handle bars are 26.0mm and later ones 25.8mm although if you move the calipers can read 26.0mm on the same bars. Typically handlebar width are matched to your shoulder width for comfort. Narrow bars were used early on and for racing purposes. Some Bars have a groove for cables. The bar is Used or otherwise noted NOS. The Used bar shows wear & age, has scratches, nicks, glue, corrosion, clamp center slightly oblong or worn, it's used but still usable. There is a photo set for each bar for your inspection & the bar end photo is the end of a set. NOS is New Old Stock but can show scratches and age from shelf & shop life. Bar dates are estimates for your convenience.
