The car started the event in Dover travelling to Lands End. The rally starts at Lands End and finishes 4 days later at John O'Groats. Then back to Dover, completing 2648 miles in 7 days, the car never missing a beat.

The Rover itself is the desirable manual gearbox model with spare wheel on the boot. Great colour scheme and really a reliable and genuine car.

Brand new tyres were fitted to the car prior to the Rally, so only 2700 miles old. The brakes were fully overhauled as well, so the car holds the road and stops as it should.

It is a 1973 car that is a very usable and enjoyable classic, you won't find another quite the same. It is not concourse but could be, and now retired from the endurance rally we brought it for deserves a loving home. With minor TLC the car could be a show winner.

If you don't like the stripes they can be removed without any issue.

The Rover It can be found in Dover, almost a rhyme, in Kent if you wish to view. It will not get much use now as it was only purchased for this one Historic Rally.
