This cut and engraved crystal rose bowl was made by Stuart in their Cascade pattern. The "Stuart" mark is etched under the foot. The flower wire or frog is (or was!) a single layer of silver plated mesh with a solid rim.  

The bowl is 11 cm (4.25 inches) in diameter at the widest point, and 8 cm (3.25 inches) tall with the flower support in place. It weighs 350 grams before packaging.

The bowl is in excellent previously owned condition with no chips, nibbles or cracks, and very light surface wear; but the metal flower support or frog has lost some of its silver plating, and the metal underneath has rusted in places. 

My packaging is always careful, and I use a mix of recycled and new materials, so your order should arrive with you in the same condition it leaves me.
