We do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. If you require tracked or signed-for, please ask for the service and request an invoice before paying.

Unless buyer requests tracked or Signed-For, responsibility for lost items will be with the buyer.

We obtain proof of postage which will be sent to the buyer. We photograph the assembled item and packaging to enable the buyer to verify the accuracy of item and the address to which the item will be sent.
