• this was a "give-a-way" to celebrate the stores 30th anniversary in 1909
• engraved on back: 1879, 30th Anniversary, The H.H. Sturtevant Co., April 12th 1909
• department store was located on the corner of 3rd and Main Streets until around 1935
• victorian lady in blue period dress 
• metal looks like brass but a magnet sticks to frame
• small oval frame measures about 5" tall including the metal hanger x 3.25" wide
• expect significant wear, discoloration, scratches and scuffs
