for example: A Handheld Shower Head And A Rain Head. Water comes out of hot/cold mixing valve at desired temperature into this divider valve. It then can go to Handheld OR the Rain Head OR to Both (Both is what Delta is Calling the “3rd” Function)

Another example: could go to Regular Wall Shower Head Or Handheld Or Both

Rough-in for this diverter is sold SEPARATELY.

Can also be used in existing rough-in to change color for remodel

Again cap the right side of rough-in (DELTA Does NOT GIVE YOU A CHOICE OF WHICH PORT TO CAP must be the Right) for example DO NOT, Do Not Cap the left.
