(Shipping cost will be waived) - Our Shipping prices apply only to the continental states of the U.S. (Excluding AK, HA) Anywhere else is considered international shipping.
- Process time for shipping is 2-3 business days.
- Please note that we can only ship to the address entered at Checkout. No other Address received Through email, message, or other wise can be accepted as a valid shipping address.
- To pass our shipping savings onto you, we may alternate between FedEx or USPS depending on which is cheaper and/or faster.
Large or Oversized items:
Items like bumpers, doors, door panels, hoods, trunk lids and other similar items will be shipped via a Freight Company or Greyhound Station.
Freight:
Items Shipped through a Freight Company to either a Buyers local Freight Terminal or Business Address!
Greyhound:
Items Shipped through Greyhound from one Greyhound Bus Station to Another.
Buyer must enter their local Greyhound Station Address at Checkout!
Item Cannot be shipped to greyhound station if address is not entered at Checkout!
RETURN POLICY:
- All returns must be made within 30 days of item being received by customer; Only if the item is non-working condition or if it item differs greatly from the Item description!
(Please, do not buy items just to check and diagnose your cars problem.) - Customers are fully responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable! You will be refunded the purchase price minus our shipping costs as soon as item is returned to us.
- All electronics are tested before removed from vehicle. Parts affected by defectes or damage will be described accordingly under the: (Item Description), that the item is defected and is sold for parts only. Please ask questions before purchasing, instead of buying to find out condition.
- We are not liable to pay for any labor fees associated with the installation or removal of any parts we sell.
- We will accept returns for items purchased by mistake or no longer but they are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the purchase item price.
WARRANTY:
- We offer warranty ONLY FOR 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEM.
- All the parts are tested either before or after removal from the vehicle.
- Before purchasing the item, the customer MUST verify that the item will fit the said vehicle.
