This is a spanish  coin since 1868. On the obverse is left side face of ruler Isabel II and the year of issue 1868/ stars with 4 rays, on the reverse is the denomination 5 centimos *DE ESCUDO / REINA DE LAS ESPAÑAS. ОМ*, coat of arms and crown. 

Composition: copper, weight: 12 grams (0.423 oz), diameter: 32 mm (1 1/4”)
