It is in excellent vintage condition missing belt. Minor wear and a few small stains.  Both materials have a bit a stretch to them the velvet bottom has more stretch than top. This is just spectacular.  Use to wear for a retro vibe a costume or use parts bottom would make the ultimate maxi skirt,  the velvet is soo soft .
