Good to great condition overall.  Tight binding with crisp and clean pages.  Signed by the author.  Copy number 114 from a limited edition run of only 200 copies (see last photo).  Normal wear from age, including a crack to the corner of the slipcase, some white residue on the slip case, faded spine, a small tear to the second page with the signature.  Otherwise, great.

No other copies of this available on Ebay.  Only two other copies available on Abebooks.  As of this listing, this one is priced the cheapest to sell.
