Description

Runner beans Monte Gusto yellow is a stringless variety with an excellent yield. It forms tubular pods up to 25 cm long that are bright yellow in colour.

From mid-May, when no more night frosts are to be expected. Later sowings are possible until mid-June. Sowing depth 3–5cm. 7-11 seeds per stick.

Germination takes place from approx. 12°C, sowing should not be done in wet, cold soil. Earlier preculture in the pot possible.

Recommended bar spacing in the row 40cm, row spacing 100cm. At a growth height of 15 cm, pile up some soil and loosen it regularly.
