Vintage Rustic Fine Weaved Wrapped Wine Bottle Decanter with Lid Italian Decor

Gorgeous weaved/wrapped green glass bottle with weaved lid. The glass bottle is completely wrapped in a very fine cane, with a further delicate weave to the base, neck of the bottle and lid. The bulk of the weave then has a black and white plastic herringbone style pattern weaved into to it.

The bottle (with lid on the top), measures approximately 34.5cm in height, and a base diameter of 7.5cm.

Condition is used as per photographs, but no breaks to the weave which is very fine.

I was told that it was originally purchased in Italy, and has been used as a water bottle/decanter. It could equally be used as a vase, again a water bottle/decanter or simply decorative.
