This dessert plate is a reproduction of an original piece dating back to 1846. Measuring 210mm (8.3 inches) in diameter, it features a floral motif within a light green inner rim, embellished with gilt decoration along the perimeter. Crafted from porcelain, it is attributed to Andrea by Sadek and bears markings indicating its association with a French porcelain dessert set made for US President James K. Polk. The production was overseen by Winterthur, with manufacturing taking place in Japan.

Mainly decorative, it can also be utilized for serving desserts or included in a collection. The plate is in good condition with no notable issues, save for a tiny speck of kiln dust as highlighted in picture 3.
