A Shelley Art Deco "Nemesia" 12354 Regent shape tea cup & saucer. C.1934. 

Pattern No 12354 Nemesia: Orange and yellow flowers. Gold print, trim and ring handle. White ground. Entered into pattern book during or after 1934.  

The back stamp is the 1925-1940 green cartouche mark. 

The shape of this cup and saucer is the Regent shape which was produced between 1930 & 1962.

Dimensions: diameter of cup base 45mm (1.75 inches) / diameter across top of cup 88mm (3.5 inches) / height of cup 68mm (2.75 inches) /  diameter of saucer 139mm (5.5 inches).

Condition: Both pieces are in very good clean condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, scratching or rubbing. All paintwork / gilding is in very good order with no fading to the pattern. Both pieces have a very good "ping" to them when lightly tapped.
