Excellent condition, with no tears or stains. There is a mild 3-4 inch vertical crease near the lower middle of the page, probably resulting from the magazine being folded and tucked under one arm. Please ignore any cross-hatch pattern that may be in the photo, it is not in the ad, I may have had the scanner resolution set too high for the paper type.
