This is a vintage Timber Creek by Wrangler blue denim button up shirt. The collar is a button down collar.
Given the direction of the buttons, it was sold as a man's shirt, although the tag has faded and the size does not show. It is certainly a unisex denim shirt.
I put the measurements in the photos. I would consider it a medium for women and probably a small for men. But please check the measurements before purchase.
The Timber Creek logo is on the front as shown in photo 3.
