This includes the video camera, battery and charger.

This does turn on and looks like it works, but I have not actually tested out whether it records or not. 

I used a pen to push it in and the battery came out. So that piece is broken. Other than that it looks like it is in good condition.  

This came out of a church who used it for live steaming I believe. So I believe it was working when I got it, but as I mentioned, I did not test the recording functionality, just that it turned on. It is being sold AS-IS.
