Very nice example of an 1850 print from plate #2542. Wonderful detail has been preserved and recently framed & mated (acid free) in a vintage, gold gilt wood frame with metal corner embellishments. This print from an etching depicts two ladies in the sitting room greeting each other and wearing the latest fashions from Paris. Hand colored tints include shades of blue, pale pink and silver. Minor faults include some toning to the print and a few areas of wear to the frame. Overall, in good condition. This piece will provide that flowing, romantic look admired in set design of Bridgerton.
