When will I receive my items?

Items with FREE shipping are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment before 13:00 hrs.  For example if you cleared payment was received before 13:00 on the Friday, the item could take up to 13:00 hrs on the Tuesday to be dispatched. If you want your items faster alternative delivery options are available.

• FREE shipping is on an item by item basis, please see listing for more details. FREE shipping, if offered, is via 2nd class Royal Mail - Signed For. Please note that there is no insured value with items that are shipped using free shipping, if the item is lost or damaged there will be no compensation other than what is offered using 2nd class mail, which is currently £20.
• EXPRESS shipping  is available for an additional cost, please see listing. EXPRESS shipping reduces the dispatch time to 1 working day and uses a 48 Hr courier service.
• NEXT DAY shipping is available for an additional cost by prior arrangement, please contact us before making the purchase to see if we can offer NEXT DAY shipping to avoid disappointment.

• Payment will only be accepted through PAYPAL and from verified buyers.
• Payment will be required immediately after making purchase.
• Items will not be dispatched to locations other than the uses default PAYPAL address.
• Items will not be dispatched until funds are fully cleared.

Every effort is taken to ensure that the items are described accurately and that photos clearly show the item that is on sale, and any defects if applicable. Please read the description carefully before purchasing the item to ensure that you are fully aware of it's condition or if there are any material defects. Claims for returns based upon an items condition that were clearly stated in the description, will not be accepted.

If in the unlikely event there is a defect or the item is not as described than a full refund will be provided.

Please examine any courier delivered items before signing for them. Claims for damage sustained in transit can not be accepted once the item has been signed for.

Purchases can be canceled if the item hasn't already been dispatched, once the item has been dispatched any cancellations will incur the postage costs and a 5% restocking fee. Items will need to be returned by the buyer at their own expense and will need to be returned with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the item. 

Refunds will not be processed until the item is received back in the original condition to which it was sent to the buyer.

We specialise in sourcing end of line items, or old stock. Some of our items are brand new, some are old stock that has been in storage and may be last seasons design or colours, and  others are stock that has been returned to store and may have been opened. Most of our stock are one off items and, unless stated, there are no other sizes or colours. Occasionally we get nearly new items, which will show some minor signs of wear. Whichever it is we will ensure that we take accurate photos, that the photos are of the item you are buying, and that if there is any wear or defects that it is photographed and clearly described. We want you to be happy with your purchase and not go "..it didn't mention that in the description!"
