Lenovo X1 Carbon 6th Gen laptop with Intel i7 8550U Processor, 16GB Ram, and 14" FHD matte IPS screen. WiFi was upgraded from Intel 8265 to AX210.

Symptom: High Power Consumption during idle (25-30W), high fan speed, left side of the laptop near Thunderbolt/USB Ports gets HOT.

Updating BIOS, repasting CPU did not resolve this issue.

This behavior persists in Windows (new install) and Debian Linux. Sometimes the laptop shutsoff after 5-10 minutes but this seems random and is not repeatable. USB ports are still functioning.

Cosmetically there is a group of small scratches on far right side of the screen and 1 missing rubber foot, otherwise light to typical wear. No cracks anywhere in the chassis and screen hinges work very good.

Lenovo 65W charger and ethernet adapter are included. 

Laptop sold as-is no returns.
