Posting - due to work commitments I can usually only get to the post office once a week. My listings tend to end at the same time and most pay straight away so I do my best to get posted within a few days of this. If you take a few days to pay then you may miss that weeks post run. I have stated 5 working days to cover me on this with eBay.

I have no problem waiting up to a week for payment but please do let me know. Item will be relisted if no payment or contact received within 1 week.

But buy a few items and postage likely to be the same as for one item - approx £3.55 or £6.00 for up to 2kgs dependent on physical size of package!  I often have items for only 99p so great add on items to make the most of the postage! Please send me a message asking for an invoice before paying so i can combine the postage - otherwise your items may be sent separately and I can not then refund.

Postage cost - will always be slightly more than actual cost to cover packaging and the fact eBay charge about a 10% fee on postal cost.

Shipping address - I send to ebay address and can not an alternative as if item does not arrive I am not covered.

I get proof of posting for all items.

LOST IN POST

If an item is not received then I will refund and claim compensation from Royal Mail. Royal Mail will only compensate once 15 WORKING days have passed therefore I will not refund until this amount of time has passed. Please do not bid if you are not happy with this. As you nor I are at fault and therefore neither of us should be out of pocket. I am always happy to show you the proof of postage and always ask that you check at your sorting office as sometimes parcel is there as they have not left a card.
