Tie-on Neckerchief Bandana (“Costume”) in size large/extra large. I did a simple, mock closure ((See listing pictures where I experimented on a Chewbacca Kerchief, Same Size!!))and found that it would be very easily used by a dog with a neck of 18 inches to 31” and of course you could fasten w/ a bow, but that would require you use extra length of the attached canvas ties. Canvas ties are integrated with the top of the bandanna and are approximately 1-1/4 inch wide. Of Course, that 31 inch measure is having the kerchief tide more like a collar and because of your dogs, neck and shoulder growth it may not be able to be that snug, but certainly their estimate of fitting a dog with a 19 to 23 inch neck is probably an understatement.
