Vintage swing glass and brass towel bar set of 2. They have brass ends and a bracket that is hinged. They are about an inch and a half in diameter and the rods are 19” long with the bracket 20”, the bracket is 2.5 “. These are the only ones like this that I have ever seen and very cool! The brass has been cleaned up with a wire brush.
