Of saucer shape, the centre decorated in underglaze-blue with a five-clawed dragon chasing the flaming pearl. LITERATURE Saucer in blue & white color with pattern
of the Rice Grain made that from the end of the 19th Century to the
beginning of the People’s Republic of China (PRC – 1949). The layout of these ‘rice grain’ shaped
translucent elements is decorated the body. The center decoration is
traditional Chrysanthemum
and buds on a mound pattern
and the rim has Underglaze
blue bat and I-ching symbols.
