Beautiful Evening Dress.
Designer - After Six by Ronald Joyce.
Size 14.

Approximate dress measurements taken lying flat :-
Length 55.5", bust 37", waist 35", hips 42"
Photographed on my size 14 mannequin which measures:-
Bust 39"/99cm,   waist 29.5"/75cm,   hips 41"/104cm.

I am not sure how old this dress is. It might be vintage 1980s

The navy blue chiffon material is labelled as silk lined in polyester. The dress is embellished with small hex beads around the neckline (there are a couple missing) armholes, hemline and split. The dress is also embellished with navy sequins in a diamond trellis pattern all over the dress (again some missing) and flower like clusters of sequins.

The dress is a fitted shift/sheath/pencil/wiggle style. It fastens with a rear zip. It has a rear split. The neckline at the front is rounded. There are unlined sections in the upper sections of the bodice and the back creating an illusion effect.
