This game has been tested and loads up well. It is in very good cosmetic condition with minimal cosmetic wear on the label. It looks pretty clean on both sides. The manual good condition and has some minor creasing and handling marks but is not torn or damage. It does not have any writing or damage inside. The box is in very good condition. The surfaces show some minor wear and very slight inward creasing but not overly noticeable in pics or in hand either. The sides are not creased.
