Lovely vintage cup and saucer made by the Cumbow China Decorating Company of Abingdon, VA. Mabel Cumbow and husband John/ Jacob Ruskin began the company in 1932 and Mabel continued to run it after her husband’s death until her death in 1980. Each piece was hand painted by artists under Mabel’s direction. This is the Louis XV pattern - the date on the back is 1941 - pink flowers with copper luster
