Two beautiful leather books by William Shakespeare—Volume IV and Volume VIII. Both books have decorated fancy spines. Top of pages are gilded. Both books are illustrated with historical and analytical prefaces, comments, critical and explanatory, notes, glossary, and a history of early English drama. They were published by the Continental Press in 1901. The illustrations are in color and are absolutely beautiful.

Both books have some condition on spines and Vol IV has some loose front pages. There are some stains on covers but the pages are bright and crisp.

Very beautiful set of books for the Shakespeare collectors.
