Blackwall wheels

Red paint with yellow fork, bare metal lift, and black bottom.

Some small chips in the paint. One of the prongs of the fork is bent somewhat, but the lift still raises and lowers and tilts. Most of the chrome plating has worn off of the rear wheels. One of the Lansing Bagnall stickers is missing. The other is worn but intact.
