2000 Philadelphia Mint Virginia State Quarter Reverse Missing 3 Letters in "Quadricentennial". Obverse has a Weak "United" Error Coin up for auction. This 24 year old coin still has a lot of detail in hair lines. Perhaps this represents a strike thru grease or oil causing dropped letters.
