Very nice Easter book about a school for bunnies, published in 1924. It has an inscription from a relative to my Father dated 1928. Still perfect to read to a child, especially at Easter Time. Paper jacket condition shows wear and tear, but has protected the book cover and binding, which have the full dark blue original color. There is a 3" tear in the front jacket on the bottom left side.

Book pages are all off white background. Not sure if they were whiter originally.  Illustrations in perfect condition except the last one, which is the last page of the book. It has a very small 1.5" binding separation and small fold and tear at the bottom left side.Illustration not affected. . Other pages show some small marks, and the last printed story page has a small mark in an unprinted area. Condition as I described, but for being over 90 years old, seems in great shape to me. The jacket cover took most of the wear.
