For sale is my brand new, unworn Traska Commuter in 38mm which was imported from the USA. This limited run is completely sold out now and Traska have said that they won't be producing any more Commuters in this size, only 34mm and 36mm. This dial colour was also only available in 38mm. I have wound and tested the watch to ensure that it is working well.

The watch is finished to an excellent standard and is very nicely brushed, especially on the bezel. The lacquered dial is a true or pure white, compared to most "white" watches which tend to be more off-white, if not actually cream or silver in colour. Personally I feel the watch gives off slight Oyster Perpetual vibes, whilst avoiding being a direct copy.

The bracelet is fully articulating and has a milled clasp with a lovely perlage finish. The bracelet also features a tool-less, on-the-fly micro adjustment system. Also, the case and bracelet have undergone Traska's proprietary hardening treatment, making them less prone to scuffs and scratches.

The watch is powered by a premium Japan-made Miyota 9039, which has been regulated in four positions by Traska and offers a 42 hour power reserve.

It is only 10mm thick including the domed sapphire crystal, but still offers a robust 100 metres water resistance thanks to its screw down crown and caseback.

Finally, the Commuter also features drilled lugs, which will make strap changes a breeze.
