This camera flash arm/bulb is old, but I do not know the actual age of the flash unit.  The condition is fair.  I do not know what model camera this flash arm attaches to?  It does show some wear from being used.  It has a few dents and dings.  I don't know for sure.  But, I would assume that the bulb was used and needs to be replaced before testing to see if it works.  I do not know the model of the camera flash unit.  It has Bower stamped on it.  It has Made in Germany stamped on it twice.
