Easy to attach to your body protector with strong Velcro tab that wraps around the shoulder part of the body protector then Velcro tabs that wrap and fasten around your arm . They measure 5.5 inches wide and 6 inches long this measurement is the actual pads not the surrounding cloth. These were from my shop closure 4 years ago I can’t believe how they have nearly doubled in price now, the original price tag is attached they are now £77! True new bargain price
