12th Scale Dolls House Cottage Handmade Item

The front of the house is hinged the window is glazed with acetate the walls are textured. Inside the floor has wooden flooring paper on it and is finished with skirting boards, the internal walls are painted white.

Overall dimensions are 28 cm wide x  27 cm deep and 40.5 cm tall.

The room  is 26 cm wide and 21 cm deep.
