This is perhaps one of the most exquisitely crafted and constructed ballgowns I have ever acquired. Designed by Michael Novareese for Saks Fifth Avenue, this 1980s/90s beauty is well-constructed and weighted. The skirt is fully lined with a very substantial hem sweep, back poly zipper, 78 inch satin sash and lightly shifts in color from an indigo lace top to true blue satin skirt.
Skirt is lined in mauve with some faint fading on the lining hem. Undetectable when worn and this gown’s only flaw. Obviously, a well designed and costly gown from Michael Novareese for Sak Fifth Avenue.
