I have been a licensed estate buyer for the last 35 years, having multiple locations, and jewelry stores, and I recently closed shop, and retired from the retail end of the business. I have a ton of leftover items, not limited to Jewelry, watches or parts, so I am going to sell them all on ebay.
This is a guaranteed rare Seiko automatich chronograph, a Pogue, with a golden yellow original dial, and an aftermarket rubber band. It needs a little TLC, because the top pusher went in, and started the chrono hand, but it did not spring out, and the bottom pusher is stiff and does not move at all, but, the large chrono second hand, continues to run, for a long time, as long as I move the watch around to wind it.
The chrono section works, and the case measures 41.41mm in diameter, without the crown, so a big watch for the 1970's. The case and dial ae in great condition, and I am sure this might only need a normal cleaning.
I do not polish any silver items, as I have found that the majority of buyers prefer the original patina, left intact.
I will always combine shipping on purchases of multiple items.

This means that I you shorten a bracelet, or resize a ring, I Will not take it back. Please be sure you want what you have bought, before you change it in any way.
