This is a Solido l'Age d'Or ["golden age"] 1/43 scale

 

1935 Duesenberg J Spider, with tan top and body, and cream fenders.  

The model has a removable engine compartment bonnet, which reveals a fairly detailed chromed engine (the J had a 420 cid inline DOHC 8 cylinder power plant)     

The car is virtually new, and comes in all its original packaging, including even the still-unmounted hood ornament in its original factory waxpaper bag (see photo #8). The box shows considerable wear, and the display case has a crack on the top and what is apparently an old price tag sticker (which a bit of GooGone would probably remove). This is one of the nicest 1/43 scale autos from Solido, in harder to find packaging.
