To the best of our knowledge the item(s) is in the condition we specify it to be. We are not responsible for any hidden damage (broken parts, paint mishaps, etc.) or if there are loose parts inside the package due to poor quality control issues/shipping problems. Manufacturing problems do occur during production runs and we cannot open sealed items to check for these problems, because we are selling factory sealed collector's items. The factory packaging seal being intact is part of the item's condition and if the packaging seal is broken/opened, then the item will be considered altered under eBay's user guidelines. We can only accept returns for items not as described with the packaging seal still intact. If the packaging seal is broken/opened it voids any returns or money-back guarantees and the item will not be accepted for returns. If you have a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by using the eBay messaging system. We'll do our best to help you.
